Therapists at Somatic Freedom Psychotherapy are all in agreement that the mind and the body must be treated together for a person to experience a full sense of freedom in themselves. We have each trained extensively in mind-body therapy approaches, in addition to more traditional cognitive and talk based techniques. While each therapist brings their own specific combination of creativity, style of connecting and treatment approaches; we prioritize catering our skills and knowledge to each individual client’s specific strengths and needs.
